"Snowball fingers" - a manifestation of atopic dermatitis. The volar side of the fingers is the location of one of the manifestations of atopic dermatitis, the "snowball fingers". The patient often has the "atopic winter foot", i.e. juvenile plantar dermatosis, too (picture (Atopic winter foot)).
